NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-003840, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOANNE BREMS A/K/A JOANNE C. BREMS AKA JOANNE CELESTE BREMS AKA JOANNE CELESTE LANDONAKA JOANNE C. LANDON AKA JOANNE C. BREMS AKA JOANNE CELESTE MCPHILAMY AKA JOANNE CELESTE HALL, BAY AREA HEART CENTER, PA, GEORGE E. BREMS A/K/A GEORGE EDWARD BREMS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28 day of May, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 3, LAKE PARK UNIT IV, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, pages 98 and 99, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
