Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-007788-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff, and RALPH MAGNAN, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, OF OXFORD MOOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, AT PAGE(S) 30,31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of August, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
