NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 08, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011524-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JEFF J. MARTINEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 127C, Building No. 127, CARTER GLEN, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 8634, Page 2700, amended in Official Records Book 8654, Page 794, together with any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
