RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Foreclosure Sale filed April 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-033413-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-3 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DAVID RAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot(s) 112, CORNER LAKE PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 52 Page(s) 40 through 45, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
