NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005880-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. AMTRUST-NP SFR VENTURE, LLC is Plaintiff and NARESH KUMAR PUSHKARNA A/K/A NARESH K. PUSHKARNA; SANTHOSH PUSHKARNA ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 219, GINGER MILL PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 147 AND 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
