NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014072-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-16N is Plaintiff and AURA QUINTERO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AURA M. QUINTERO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SKY LAKE SOUTH HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 777, SKY LAKE SOUTH - UNIT FIVE “C”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
