NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-001549 O DIV 43A, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2006-2N is Plaintiff and VICKI SUE LEVY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICKI SUE LEVY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CENTRAL PARK AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 304, BUILDING 6160, CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8076, PAGE(S) 3783, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
