NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014805-O-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DOLORES M. MEJIA, FRANCISCO VILLALTA and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A FRANCISCO VILLALTA, JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGE(S) 34-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
