NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-027244 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and orlando torres and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 9, block a, rio pinar lakes, unit one, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 9, page 55 and 56 of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
