NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004584-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein nationstar mortgage llc is the Plaintiff and luis f. vargas a/k/a luis fernando vargas, signature construction corporation, the colonies condominium association, inc., betia rojas vargas a/k/a betia rojas, milta serrano, unknown tenant(s) and unknown spouse of luis f vargas a/k/a luis fernando vargas n/k/a luis fernando vargas IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 8, building j, the colonies, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 2919, page 1906, and any amendments thereto, as per plat thereof recorded in condominium book 4, pages 69 through 77 inclusive, of the public records of orange county, florida. together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
