NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039360 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and THERESA F. NASSIF, HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., DAVID P. NASSIF and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, HUNTER'S CREEK TRACT 530, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECRODED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 31 THROUGH 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
