NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013370-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and Chanel Prospere; Unknown Spouse of Chanel Prospere; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Franklin a Division of Nat. City Bank of IN; Pheasant Run At Rosemont Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT “C”, BUILDING 10, PHASE 1, PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3181, PAGE 476 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3213, PAGE 2486, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
