Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-015470-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and NEIL PHILLIPS, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Unit 13, CARMEL OAKS PHASE I, a Condominium, acording to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3339. Page 1629, and any amendments thereto, as also shown in Condominium plat book 8, Page 106, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest to the common elements appurtenant to said unit.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
