NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-011025-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and KHEMRAJ JAIKARAN; GOWRIE K. JAIKARAN A/K/A GOWRIE JAIKARAN; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE 1852 N. POWERS DRIVE LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 19, 2007; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TROPICAL PROPERTY INVESTMENT, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 1852 N. POWERS DRIVE LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 19, 2007; TENANT #1 N/K/A CRYSTAL WILLIAMS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARY WILLIAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 3, BLOCK Q, ROBINSWOOD SECTION EIGHT, ACCORDING MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
