NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010192-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and HELEN M. HARAMATY A/K/A HELEN M. HARAMATY N/K/A HELEN F. MONTECLARO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 379, DEER CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 5 WILLIAMSBURG AT ORANGEWOOD, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 110 and 111, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
