NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-001916-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York for the Benefit of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and John Vernon; Jane Vernon; Unknown Tenant/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 228, SIGNATURE LAKES PARCEL 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
