MAXWELL-GRIFFIN; GREG E. GRIFFIN; HARBOR BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on June 26, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
