NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-015415-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County Public Auction website, www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, RIVER OAKS AT TIMBER SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, AT PAGES 51-55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
