UNIT 2105 OF LAKESHORE OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761 AT PAGE 1571 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
