ORTIZ A/K/A GUSTAVO ORTIZ; EVELYN L. ORTIZ; LEXINGTON NATIONAL INSURANCE CORPORATION; BANK OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on August 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1716, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT 5, PAGES 66 A THROUGH 66 F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
