NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2012-CA-000104 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-11, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY LEE; MARY BETH LEE; SECTION 23, PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
