Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated March 7, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-2012-CA-001690, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY , AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006- 1 is the Plaintiff , and BARBARA A. PRICE AKA BARBARA PRICE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, A SUBDIVISION OF TRACT B, OF AUDUBON COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 30 to 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 51 and 52, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
