Lot 90, VALENCIA LAKES- PHASE 4-A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 32 through 36 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you, HUGO PATRICIO GARRIDO CHEREZ and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiffs attorney, whose name and address is as follows: Jennifer A. Nichols, Esquire Roetzel & Andress, LPA, 850 Park Shore Drive, Third Floor Naples, FL 34103, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs Attorney or immediately thereafter on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice; or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
