NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 07, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2007-4651-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FORTHE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 25 is the Plaintiff and EARL J. ROSS; CHRISTINE C. ROSS; TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY GOLDENBERG are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 16, BLOCK 221, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 124 TO 136, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
