NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 7, 2013 and entered in Case 11-2012-CA-000723 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and DIANA DEL DUCA; IBERIABANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ORION BANK; PALM RIVER HOMEOWNERS AND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 62, PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
