NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date.
in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of June, 2013, that certain parcel of real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
LOTS 31 AND 32, BLOCK 73, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
