NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 10 day of May, 2013, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2011-CA-000039, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on June 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Unit 4707 of NAPLES WINTERPARK NORTH, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1264, Page 2236-2308, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
