at public sale at 11:00 AM on June 6, 2013 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 6, in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
