You are hereby notified that a Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of PEGGY BASSEL, a/k/a MARY MARGARET BASSEL, deceased, File Number 13-00689-CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112-5324, that the decedent's date of death was April 11, 2013; that the total cash value of the estate is $73,380.51 and that the names and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Andrew Guy Bassel, 7615 East 54th Place, Tulsa, OK 74145; David Lee Bassel, 2025 Teagarden Lane, Naples, Florida 34110; Michael Eric Bassel, 1415 Caribou Way, Alpharetta, GA 30005; Charles Barry Bassel, 150 Century Drive, #4121, Alexandria VA 22304; Andrew Guy Bassel and David Lee Bassel as Trustees of the Peggy Bassel Revocable Trust under Declaration dated July 11, 1990, as restated May 26, 2006, 7615 East 54th Place, Tulsa, OK 74145.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO
(2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
