Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CC-448 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BRADEN CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANGELA HARBER is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 11 day of June, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 88, BRADEN CROSSING, PHASE 1-B, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 151 through 155, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4655 56th Terrace E., Lot 88, Sarasota, FL 34243
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
