NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008689 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Larry D. Schmoranz and Patricia D. Schmoranz, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK G, KINGSFIELD, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE(S) 63 THROUGH 69, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
