NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006949 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as trustee for WMALT 2005-10, Plaintiff and Bart Huitema are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET, OF THE SOUTH 250 FEET, OF THE EAST 165 FEET, OF THE WEST 190 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2, OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
