NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-006373 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUSTS 2006-6AR is the Plaintiff and FRANCOISE M. MARCEL; PATRICK MARCEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE LLC; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSEPHINE JOSEPH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A N/K/A: FRED PIERRE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
