Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-004699 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BURGUNDY UNIT TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and NEVILLE BATIWALLA is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of JUNE, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 530, BUILDING 16, BURGUNDY UNIT TWO CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 962, pages 347 through 398, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, pages 181 through 186, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4516 3rd St. Cir. W., Unit 530, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
