NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2010 CA 005017 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC., Plaintiff, and DIANE BYNUM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE BYNUM; GREENSFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK H OLDGROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, PHASE III-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 9 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
