NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001297 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and PAUL W. CHANEY A/K/A PAUL CHANEY; MARTHA A. CHANEY A/K/A MARTHA CHANEY; UNIVERSITY PINES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, UNIVERSITY PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
