NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-CC-003591, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ABERDEEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC., is Plaintiff, and PATRICIA C. DIEZ-GHERSY, ELENA J. GHERSY, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 44, ABERDEEN, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 61, in the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
