NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010935WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP. is the Plaintiff and ARLYN PARTRIDGE; LANNYLEE LLC AS TRUSTEE DATED THE 1ST DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004 KNOWN AS THE 2004-4201 WIGGINS LAND TRUST; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LANNYLEE LLC TRUST DATED THE 1ST DAY OF FEBRUARY 2004 KNOWN AS THE 2004-4201 WIGGINS LAND TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of June, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK D, GROVE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
