NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 008281 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, formerly known as The Bank of New York, as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2005-AR2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Nancy Bilyeu Norman , Nancy J. Norman a/k/a Nancy Jo Norman , Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Charles Weldon, The unknown spouse of Nancy J. Norman a/k/a Jancy Jo Norman, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
