HODGSON, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, LESS THE NORTHERLY 30 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK A, REPLAT OF OCEAN BEACH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 13th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
