NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 000245 SC, Division: C of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC,, is Plaintiff, and ALEKS SELYUZHITSKIY A/K/A ALEKSANDR SELYUZHITSKIY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEKS SELYUZHITSKIY A/K/A ALESKSANDR SELYUZHITSKIY IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of May, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2527, FIFTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8GG, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
