DEGREGORIO SR A/K/A STEPHEN JAMES DEGREGORIO, DECEASED; WANDA DEGREGORIO A/K/A WANDA A DEGREGORIO, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN J. DEGREGORIO SR A/K/A STEPHEN JAMES DEGREGORIO, DECEASED; STEPHEN DEGREGORIO JR A/K/A STEPHEN JAMES DEGREGORIO, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF STEPHEN J. DEGREGORIO SR, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CROCKER'S LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 18, BUILDING 20, VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO.2005281688, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
