NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004814 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and LOC TAN PHAM A/K/A LOC PHAM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. DBA LENDINGTREE LOANS; UKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOC TAN PHAM A/K/A LOC PHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/K/A RORY BROOKS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2572, FIFTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8 GG, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
