A of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC., is the Plaintiff and ERIC STAUB; ANGESLIQUE STAUB; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A STEPHANIE ZAUGHA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 12, VENICE EAST SECTION 1, 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
