NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005948-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Preservation Trust Services, LLC, as Trustee under that Certain Land Trust dated the 29th Day of October, 2009, and Known as the Edelson Family Land Trust #814 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 80, WOODLAND PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
