Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the real property set forth below at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on July 31, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes:
All that property described on Exhibit A, attached.
Lot 34, Block 1687, 33rd Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 17, 17A through 17N, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
