Notice is hereby given that Karen Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on June 18, 2013, at 9:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Sarasota County foreclosures at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 10, RIEGELS LANDING SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 19 THRU 19C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Federal Bank Of Florida, as Assignee of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver for Flagship National Bank vs. Stewart Green, et al, and the Case number of which is 2012 CA 002372 NC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
