NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2009-CA-006885, Division: NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and OSCAR NATAL and IRIS NIEVES, his wife, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of June, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 997, TWENTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 9, 9A THROUGH 9I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 4701 ADDLEY AVENUE, NORTH PORT, FLORIDA 34288.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
