Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 20th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-052767, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 6 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 THROUGH 8 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 1, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 2
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
