NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on June 6, 2013, beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida.
Unit Week No. 25, in Condominium Parcel Number 129, TORTUGA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1566 at Page 2174, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
